About Media Medical
Media Medical Ltd was set up in 2022 by Stephen Carter and Gary Brown after both Stephen and Gary accumulated a number of years experience working across the events, music, TV and film industry.
Media Medical was formed with the sole aim to provide crews with professional, experienced and reliable medics. Our team are qualified to deal with any accident or illnesses that the cast or crew may have - providing both unit and construction medics for every stage of the production or events process.

Each attending medic has their own fully equipped kit to deal with any issues that they might encounter and is DBS checked, with comprehensive insurance to cover productions of all sizes.
Based in the South East, Media Medical can provide medic cover throughout the rest of the UK, with a dedicated in house team and a comprehensive roster of freelance, fully qualified medical professionals.
Meet The Team
Steve and Gary met whilst working for the Ambulance Service. Often crewed together they formed a longstanding friendship. Whilst working for the Ambulance Service, Gary had an opportunity to become a medic working in the filming industry and Steve joined him a couple of months later.

Prior to working in the Ambulance Service, Gary and Steve both had a background in working alongside both adults and children with mental health issues; Gary, working closely with young people within the prison service and Steve as a qualified Mental Health Nurse, as well as having trained as a qualified Sports Massage Practitioner.
